Sometimes the best vintage finds come from a yard sale where nobody bothered to look up a single price. In a short clip, @mr_b_vintage shows off a piece of 1990s fast food history that cost next to nothing.

The creator says he is at a yard sale where the man running it is selling everything for 50 cents. Among the items is a 1990s Little Caesars jacket that, as the creator describes it, belongs to the seller from when he worked there. His message to viewers is short and to the point: they are out there, and you have to go get them.
That is all the clip gives us. There is no look at the tag or the condition, and no word on whether the jacket was bought or what it might be worth, so we will not guess.
Why Old Work Jackets Catch Collectors’ Eyes
Employee jackets and uniforms from restaurants and stores were made to be worn on the job, not saved, so plenty of them did not survive. Many collectors enjoy them for the logos and the nostalgia, and a piece from the 1990s can bring back a whole era of first jobs and pizza nights.
If you want to hunt for pieces like this, a few habits help:
- Check the tag for the maker and any union or made in markings, which can help date a piece.
- Look closely at logos, since printing and embroidery styles changed over the years.
- Inspect cuffs, collars, zippers and underarms for stains or wear.
- Smell it. Musty odors from storage can sometimes be improved, but strong ones are worth knowing about before you buy.
- Ask the seller about the story. A jacket from someone who actually worked there is part of its charm.
Yard sales where everything is priced the same can be a treasure hunt, because the seller is not sorting the ordinary from the interesting. It pays to dig through the bins.
